Finally I'm on the right track to pursue my dream career in the HRD field! Here, I work under the HRGA Department. Some of my primary responsibilities are to facilitate the end-to-end implementation of performance appraisals, assist LnD specialist in assessing performance evaluation feedback and internal training executions, and also handle talent movement administrations.

Involved in B2B training program and educational project, namely Telkomsel Masterclass and Allianz CSR Program (Allianz Setara). My main role in those project was developing strategy & program planning , as well as designing curriculum and syllabus. I was also in charge of assisting the management and the implementation of the program.

My main role was ensuring the accomplishment of three course development in Pra-Kerja Online Course Project. To achieve that, I actively collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during the course production process. I also designed and developed syllabuses, scripts or talking points, and reading materials together with SME.
Learning Content Development Intern at Pahamify
During this internship period, I produced more than 50 biology exciting and contextual contents such as question banks, tryouts, quizzes, and video contents. I was also in charge of assisting the biology live streaming program with more than 100 participants.

Successfully carried out three interactive mini projects related to climate education, both online and offline.

Guided social and environmental activities at the faculty level. Here I also restructured the department's work system so that social and environmental activities run according to the target. My team and I managed to re-branded department's digital content on Instagram while also enhanced partnership by 300%.

I was responsible to led the community development program at the regional level. In this organization, I restructured the organization's work system to achieve the expected targets. The best achievement for me and my team was to increase sponsorship by 200%.
