[2023] Mini Bootcamp TikTok for Business lingkaran x Froyonion
Related Experience: Learning Program Officer at lingkaran
Mini Bootcamp is a 3-day offline training program designed for participants who want to improve their skills, from fundamental to technical. This program focuses on strategies to maximize TikTok for the benefit of a brand/business.
In this program, I was completely involved in the process of planning and preparation for program implementation. In the planning process, I developed the curriculum and journey for this mini bootcamp. Meanwhile, during the preparation process I was responsible for coordinating with all internal teams and external stakeholders.

[2023] DOKI Agency Internal Training

This is an online internal training program for DOKI Digital Agency employees. This program focuses on strategies for creating content in line with the existing goals or targets.
In this training, my main role was to ensure that the mentor delivers material according to the problems experienced by the agency. In addition, my responsibility was to ensure the execution of this training runs smoothly.

[2023] Digital Marketing Mini Class

With the aim of enriching knowledge, mini class is a concise online training program. This program focuses on training in the field of digital marketing.
My role in this program was to develop the curriculum and learning journey, as well as leading the preparation and execution of the program.

[2022] Digital Mastership

Digital Mastership is a project-based learning program that focused on digital skill enhancement. This training program enables participants to learn by actively engaging in real projects for a company.
Here, I was responsible for leading the preparation and implementation of programs involving cross-divisional teams.

[2022] Allianz CSR Program: Allianz Setara
Related Experience: B2B Learning Designer Intern at lingkaran
Allianz Setara is a training program for SMEs and SMEs with disabilities throughout Indonesia. The program aims to enhance their digital and financial capabilities.
My role in this program was to develop the curriculum and learning journey, as well as assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and execution of the program. I also acted as the main PIC for program participants.

[2022] Telkomsel Polaris Ideation
Related Experience: B2B Learning Designer Intern at lingkaran
Telkomsel's internal innovation program involves discovering the best business innovation ideas from internal employees and implementing idea incubation to develop them into solutions and businesses. The program also includes webinar and mentoring sessions taught directly by the expert mentors.
In this program, my main role was to assist the Project Manager in the preparation and execution of the program.
